Last Horizon is a hardcore zombie survival roleplay experience built on FiveM. Infections spread rapidly, resources are scarce, and nightfall brings stronger threats. Team up or go alone — your decisions shape the wasteland.
Dynamic infected behavior. Night brings mutations — faster, stronger, deadlier. Avoid or eliminate.
Players can contract infection. Rare medicine required. Full RP required during sickness.
Build outposts, craft tools, barricade buildings. Resources are scarce — plan carefully.
Fuel scarcity, broken parts, realistic handling. Maintain your vehicle or get stranded.
Food, water, ammo, medicine — all rare and valuable. Trade or fight for what you need.
Join survivor groups, raiders, traders. Or form your own faction and claim territory.
